Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heiven. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered. All orders are shipped within South Africa, and all prices and shipping charges are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Heiven sources products from a combination of local and international suppliers, so delivery times depend on the item:

  • Locally stocked items: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Imported / specialty items: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance.

If your order contains items from more than one supplier, they may arrive separately and at different times. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as courier and customs timelines can occasionally vary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. Any free-shipping promotions will be displayed in your cart.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please email us at Heiven.co.za@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Customs & Import Duties

For imported items, any applicable import duties or taxes are handled by Heiven and are included in the price you pay at checkout unless stated otherwise. You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees on delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. Heiven is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

Delays

While we do everything we can to deliver on time, delays caused by couriers, customs, load-shedding, or events beyond our control may occasionally occur. We will keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delay to your order.
